I purchased this tree when it was selling for $99.00 just last year I believe. I now see the tree has significantly gone up in price. In short, I am very pleased with the tree. It's slim and exactly what I hoped it would be. It truly has the original feel like the one I remember from my grandmother's years ago. I purchased a rotating base which I used instead of the base that came with it. Nice tree for the money. Hope it will last for many years to come.

OK, we had an Alum. Christmas tree that was sold back in the 1960's that belonged to a my mom, so we knew what to expect from a retro Alum.Christmas Tree. If you have never owned an Alum. tree, or know little about how they are made, you may not like it. I had put my mom's together many times and decorated it. This will be our daughter first Christmas in her own apartment and she wanted to use the Alum. tree, so we gave it to her. When we saw this slim line design retro alum. tree at Amazon we decided that would be nice to have, and it would fit nicely beside our fireplace, so we ordered it. The tree is as to be expected for a retro alum. Christmas tree. We love it! It appears to be made just like my mom's tree, but not as wide and that is a good thing for us.

I just purchased this tree. I wanted to get one before the holiday season because most of the time things will sell out before that time. This is a really nice tree for the price. I set it up to make sure all the pieces were there. It looked very nice. It's like a slender tree, very contemporary. The company I ordered from shipped it very quick. They were very responsive to my emails and were great. Very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend this seller.

Don't buy this product. It is poorly constructed. The "trunk" of the tree split soon after I assembled it. The tree was not heavily decorated or mistreated. The seller did not respond to my e-mails. Take a close look at customer remarks about this seller. You will find a similar patern of complaints as well as frequent complaints of high shipping costs and exorbitant restocking fees. In my opinion, Amazon should be ashamed to associate itself with this seller.
